Meet the Jamily

The Keepers of the Key

Our facilitators are the guides who remove the barriers between you and the music. They are more than teachers; they are mirrors for the group’s collective sound, holding the space for the elements to collide, harmonize, and evolve into something raw and human.

Benjamin Jamily

Benjamin Jamily is a facilitator, artist, and visionary dedicated to unlocking the creative intelligence that lives within human connection. His work sits at the intersection of music, movement, and collective awareness.where improvisation becomes a language and groups transform into living, breathing organisms of expression.

From an early age, Benjamin was drawn to rhythm and the subtle dynamics that shape human interaction. Over years of exploration across music, dance, facilitation, and personal development, he began to recognize recurring patterns, how people lead, follow, support, express, and observe within any creative space. These insights eventually crystallized into The Element Key.

Through workshops, performances, and facilitator trainings across Europe, Benjamin has guided thousands of participants into this shared language, empowering them not only to create art together, but to experience a deeper sense of presence, connection, and belonging.

At the heart of his vision lies a simple idea:
That creativity is not something we perform, it is something we enter together.

What does a Facilitator do?

A sketch of two people, one male with a beard holding a guitar, and one female with her hand near her face, both casually dressed, drawn with loose, expressive lines on paper.

Igniting the Spark

(The Entry Point)

They simplify the complex. By teaching the five intuitive gestures in minutes, they bridge the gap between "watching from the edge" and becoming a vital part of the project. They turn silence into a playground where mistakes are celebrated as beautiful turns in the song.

Line drawing sketch of two people, a woman on the left and a man on the right, engaged in conversation. The woman has long hair and the man has short hair with pins or glasses. There is shading to suggest depth.

Holding the Space

(The Foundation)

A facilitator protects the "Space" element. They ensure that eye contact remains, that the "Earth" grooves stay unbreakable, and that the room feels safe enough for everyone to find their own authentic expression without the need for polished performance.

Passing the Key

(The Evolution)

The ultimate goal is shared leadership. Facilitators guide the energy until the moment is right to pass the Key, empowering participants to step into the role of the Avatar. This is where the music truly belongs to the humanity of the circle, not just the leader.

THE PATH TO MASTERY

Every TEK facilitator has journeyed through immersive training and retreats to master the art of collective creation. They don't just teach a system; they embody a movement dedicated to healing separation through shared creativity. By joining a circle led by a certified facilitator, you are stepping into a lineage of music-makers who believe that real connection is only one gesture away.
