This allows you to go deeper into the practice, learn to facilitate, or completely immerse yourself for several days. There’s a space for every level of experience and every stage of your journey.
The basis is presence, spontaneity, and connection inviting you to move, listen and express yourself.
The Avatar Circles
The Element Key Circle
Step into a safe space where music, movement, breath and presence come together. The Element Key Circle is our core gathering, an invitation to reconnect with yourself and others through guided improvisation and authentic expression.Whether you come to be creative, to connect, or simply to be. You are welcome exactly as you are. No experience needed.Each circle is guided by a certified facilitator to ensure a welcoming container where everyone can explore freely and feel supported. Come move, play and listen to remember what it feels like to be fully human. Interactive Concerts

Workshops
The Element Key Workshops
These workshops are deep dives into the living system of The Element Key. Designed for those who want to go beyond the jams, they offer a path toward mastery, becoming a more embodied, aware, and skilled avatar within this practice.
Each workshop focuses on different aspects of the system, including the range of the various gestures, refining your facilitation skills, mastering compositions, or exploring the many side branches of learning that make The Element Key so rich.
Whether you're taking your first step into deeper practice or already walking the path of mastery, these workshops provide the space, guidance, and tools to grow with clarity and confidence.
Facilitator Training
The Element Key Facilitator Training
This training is for those who feel called to hold space and guide others in The Element Key. It’s a deep and practical journey where you’ll learn to create safe, alive, and transformative space for people to explore freely.
You’ll develop your ability to read the room, guide with clarity and intuition, master the gestures, and confidently lead circles, jams, and workshops.
Upon successful completion, you will receive an official Element Key Facilitator Certificate.
Retreats
Retreats
Our retreats are deep immersive journeys where you step away from everyday life and fully submerge yourself in The Element Key. Surrounded by nature’s living elements, you’ll dive deep into movement, sound, presence, and the many layers of the system.
The room created by these multi-day experiences creates the space necessary to dive deep into The Element Key and lets you explore each element and your association with the underlying role.
Weather you are a beginner or experienced musician and artist, these retreats are welcome to everybody.
Team Building
Element Key Team Building
Give your team a fresh and powerful way to connect. Our corporate team building programs use The Element Key method to build trust, improve communication, and increase collaboration in a completely different and playful way.
Through guided movement, listening exercises, and creative group processes, your team gets to step out of their usual roles and develop skills which increase constructive communication and confidence within your team, allowing for more coherence and connection.

Join us for our beautiful collaboration at Ängsbacka for PULSE — a vibrant 5-day celebration of music, dance, and conscious connection.
This festival is an invitation to move, listen, play, and reconnect with your body, your voice, and each other. With over 100 workshops, live music every night, ecstatic dance, world rhythms, and deep group processes, PULSE creates a living, breathing space where music and movement come alive in the moment.
And the Element Key?
This year the Element Key is going to be omnipresent throughout the entire festival, guiding big jams and helping strangers play and create music together in beautiful ways. This includes daily jams, workshops in dance and movement, open mics and one final concert where it all, and we all, come together to PLAY at PULSE.
